Newly-appointed Ilocos Norte schools’ division superintendent Vilma Eda vowed to boost good values and transparency in government as part of her first steps in leading the provincial education division. “As an education-leader, I really value strength in character. For teachers and non-teaching staff, we should live by good values, integrity, honesty and transparency,” said Ms. Eda in a press conference held at her new office in this city.
