A new administration, a new look. Batac mayor Albert D. Chua said the rehabilitation and improvement of the Batac Plaza is now in full swing. Mr. Chua said the redesign actually began during the term of former Batac mayor, now vice mayor, Jeffrey Jubal Nalupta. He added that this current redesign i s one of the “dreams and plans” of Ilocos Norte governor Ma. Imelda Josefa “Imee” R. Marcos. Ms. Marcos, he went on, want the redesign to make this city more beautiful and attractive to tourists.
