Pasuquin – The Ilocos Times columnist and consultant Stephen Pio “Steve” Tumaneng Barreiro, 51, was shot dead in a store at Brgy. Poblacion in this town on September 4. Ma. Stephanie C. Barreiro and Gabrielle Patricia T. Barreiro identified the suspect as Oliver “Boyet” Doctor, a resident of this town and exhusband of Mr. Barreiro’s fiancée, Criselda Aguinaldo.
