Another bomb threat. Employees and visitors of the Marcos Hall of Justice are evacuated from the building after a bomb was reportedly found. Responding immediately, the police discovered that the “bomb” was actually firecrackers disguised as improvised explosive device. (Inset) The supposed bomb and where it was found.
