The Provincial government of Ilocos Norte has officially launched the opening of a series of Christmas events dubbed as “Paskua Mi Ditoy,” a month- long celebration which underscores the customs and traditions of the Ilocanos in celebrating Christmas. The launching was highlighted by lightning up the 45- foot Christmas tree displayed in front of the Ilocos Norte Provincial Capitol on December 8.
