Consul and Head of Post of the Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag City, Mr. Tian Qi Xiang, is joined by Governors Imee Marcos and Chavit Singson of Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur respectively, during the celebration of the 61st Founding Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China, held in Fort Ilocandia Resort Hotel. Consul Xiang delivered a speech thanking the Filipino people for their assistance in recent natural calamities in China and also hopes that the peaceful relations between the two countries will continue to prosper.
