About 300 out of the more than 1,000 employees of the Ilocos Norte provincial governemnet were effectively removed as their contracts ended on June 30. speaking in front of Capitol employees on July 5, newly elected Ilocos Norte Gov. Ma. Imelda “Imee” R. Marcos reitrated that she dislikes too many irregular hires such as consultants, contractuals, casuals, and job orders in the provincial ernment.
