Gov. Ablan combines forces with Lt. Feliciano Madamba in Nueva Era. They successfully liquidate a Japanese patrol in Solsona. For this and another guerilla raid, the enemy bombs Banna and Nueva Era, and executes 24 civilians. President Quezon praises the loyalty of the people, especially in that none of the provincial officials or mayors submitted to the Japanese.
