The Department of Education Ilocos Norte is hiring more teachers to fill in vacant positions for Senior High School. Upon assessment of all applicants, Ilocos Norte Schools Division superintendent Vilma Eda said there are new items for SHS which lack applicants. “So, if you are from Ilocos Norte and a graduate of education major in the following specializations, please join us,” said Eda citing fresh graduates even those who have not taken the Licensure Examination for Teachers are most welcome to apply. Specifically, Ms. Eda said there is a shortage of teacher applicants major in the following: MAPEH, Filipino, Social Science, Araling Panlipunan, Agriculture, Agriculture, Dressmaking, Cosmetology, Cookery, Technical Vocational Livelihood, Hairdressing, Beauty Care, Bread and Pastry and Information and Communication Technology.
