Overlooking the deep blue sea,  a two-storey colorful building situated near the sand dunes and green hilly portion of Brgy. Masintoc here will soon become a busy trading center for fisherfolks, seafood vendors, consumers and visitors alike. Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) regional director Nestor Domenden and Paoay mayor Jessie Galano led a simple ribbon cutting ceremony, marking the official turnover of the PHP3 million-worth community fish landing center (CFLC) in this town. The facility also come  with a technology demonstration project on at least seven units of freshwater fish cage, fish polyculture of malaga and bangus, aqua-silviculture and shellfish culture oyster with total\ worth of PHP414, 928.
