Masintoc here will soon become a busy trading center for fisherfolks, seafood vendors, consumers and visitors alike. Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) regional director Nestor Domenden and Paoay mayor Jessie Galano led a simple ribbon cutting ceremony, marking the official turnover of the PHP3 million-worth community fish landing center (CFLC) in this town.
