STREAMLINING emergency response for Ilocanos, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte and the Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office (INPPO) launched the Provincial Incident Response Management (PIRM) 911 on December 22, 2016. PIRM 911 allows for quick response from public safety agencies and other law enforcement offices to anyone in the province. This is in line with the vision of Ilocos Norte Governor Ma. Imelda Josefa “Imee” R. Marcos towards making Ilocos Norte liveable, sustainable and resilient. The PIRM 911 was launched with four temporary hotlines that are open 24/7 and managed by PNP staff and trained provincial government personnel.
