Ilocos residents led by Governor Imee R. Marcos has lauded ten year-old Mhage Gerriahlou F. Sebastian for taking home a gold medal as she joined the Philippine chess team during the 16th Asean Age Group Chess Championships at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
