Pasuquin – The Iglesia Filipina Independiente (IFI) condemns the killing of their parish priest Constante Balbas in this town. Initial Pasuquin police reports state that about 7:30 am of August 11, 2015, their station received a shooting incident report that transpired at Barangay 27, Sulbec in this town.
