Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte—A 100-meter long landslide in this northern most part Ilocos Norte town is causing traffic jam and inconvenience among motorists and commuters bound to Ilocos Norte and Cagayan valley region following torrential rains since Sunday, October 16. The Department of Public Works and Highways said clearing operations may last for about three days.
