Paoay, Ilocos Norte – About 60 hectares government-owned timberland in this sand dune town of Paoay is being eyed by Korean nationals as a possible site for a solar power plant project. On June 21, top Korean investors visited Ilocos Norte province to finally set up the proposed solar project.
