Participants and facilitators of the “Pedya Kamp”, a summer camp for special children, visit the Ilocos Norte Capitol April 26. The children will experience in their 10-day camp a series of fun activities that will help develop their cognitive, social, and motor skills. Most of the campers come from all over Metro Manila while some are from Ilocos, and will hold most of their activities in Gabaldon Elementary School, Laoag City. The camp is organized by God’s Special Children, Inc. for the mentally challenged, physically-handicapped, children with autism, orphans, abandoned and street children.
