Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos meets Jonel Duyao, listed by the Provincial AntiPAG Task Force as one of the Top 20 “Most Wanted Persons Involved in Shooting Incidents” in Ilocos Norte. He surrendered to authorities after being convinced by his family, who acted upon the request of the AntiPAG Task Force. Dayao from a remote Caray village in Nueva Era, is the alleged murderer of Vicky Paulino in Laoag City in 2008.
