The ill-fated North Korean ship that ran aground along the shoreline of Barangay Balaoi in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte on January 1, 2010 has not been abandoned by its owner, said an authorized representative of M/V Nam Yang 8 who appeared before members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on October 4, 2010.
