Robinsons Ilocos Norte an incredibly big hit on opening day on December 3, thousands of people, the Ilocanos, from all walks of life, not only from San Nicolas but also Laoag City and other towns of Ilocos Norte trooped to the opening of the Robinsons Ilocos Norte, the first and only full service mall in the Ilocos Region.
