In a scene reminiscent of zombie movies, Brgy. 1 chairperson Darwin Domingo said they discovered three scattered coffins at the Laoag City public cemetery. Mr. Domingo said he immediately reported this to the City Health Office as this may pose a threat to public health. He then disclosed that the coffins were empty.
