Dingras – Inaugurated Dingras Museum aptly named Balay Dingras located in front of the Dingras Municipal Hall on November 19. The Museum is open to the public and the displays focus on agricultural products and old agricultural equipment that made Dingras Ilocos Norte’s “rice granary”.
