Ferdinand Richard Michael Marcos Manotoc, second son of Gov. Ma. Imelda “Imee” R. Marcos. The 28-year old Manotoc is one of the law graduates from the UP who passed the 2013 bar examination announced by the Supreme Court on March 18.
