Laoag City Mayor Michael V. Fariñas has instructed the City Engineering Office to demolish all buildings around the Laoag Central Elementary School (LCES) lot except the existing old city DepEd building which is being used by children temporarily for classes. Fariñas’ instruction came after the new LCES school buildings have been completed and ready for use of children. The said buildings were later turned over to the city government, which later turned it over to LCES officials.
