Seven members of the American Council of Young Political Leaders, ACYPL led by Senator Clark Jolley (Republican), Assistant Floor Leader of the Oklahoma Senate, visited the province of Ilocos Norte to learn more about the influence and legacies of the late President Ferdinand E.Marcos and the windmills (power plant) in the town of Bangui as part of their focus on Philippine politics and renewable energy in this region. The ACYPL is an educational exchange organization based in Washington, D.C.
