Eyewitnesses to the January 17, 2011 killing of a local businessman in Barangay Maglaoi, Currimao, Ilocos Norte identified three suspects allegedly serving several local politicians here as employers or protectors. The same suspects were also pinned down by a victim that survived a shooting incident last year in Solsona, Ilocos Norte.
