Typhoon “Mina” left the province with estimated total damages of more than P362 million and three fatalities, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council reported. Major damages account for about P319 million damages of major irrigation systems and the Sabo dam project, provincial roads and bridges, school buildings, and other farm-to-market roads while agriculture damages reached an assessment of P43 million.
