People line up at a small buying station of a newly introduced pandesal in the province mixed with malunggay (moringa) powder. Trained baker Eleno Samson, 44, owner of Durong’s Pandesal here on Laoag City, people can buy it any time of the day – crispy hot, soft and tasty. In one day, Samson said Durong’s Pandesal sells about 6,000 to 8,000 pieces at P2 each.
