The Provincial Prosecutor’s Office has dismissed the ambush charge filed against Dingras Mayor Marynette R. Gamboa. In a resolution issued on March 5, 2010 and signed by Assistant Prosecutors Rommel G. Calupig, Maria G. Calija, Bernardo P. Agdigos and Robert L. Garcia and approved by Provincial Prosecutor Melecio M. Felipe, seven of the respondents ,including the Gamboa, were cleared in the ambush charge.
