No ID, No Entry. Stressing the need for better security, new Ilocos nOrte Gov. Imee Marcos stepped up the security in and around the Provincial Capitol. With the new set-up, people who need to go inside the Capitol would have to present their IDs in exhange for a visitor’s pass and they would have to be frisked. Non-government vehicles are now also prohibited from parking within the Capitol ground.
