TAIWANESE tourists are back in the province as international flights at the Laoag International Airport have resumed.
About 64 passengers on board a chartered plane touched down at LIA on August 14 from Taipei. Mandarin Airlines also resumed its Kaoshung-Laoag flights.
Both chartered planes will be flying to Laoag every Tuesday and Friday.
