Ties between the provincial government of Shandong and Ilocos Norte was strengthened anew with the recent visit of trade leaders and local officials from China’s second most developed province. Hon. Bai Jimin, chairman of Shandong’s Provincial Trade Union, together with two municipal vice mayors and two other youth leaders visited the province on June 1 for exploratory talks on possible trade and tourism investments.
