- The beauty of the land equals that of the coast. The best way to appreciate it is to motor along the Baruyen Zigzag Road. At the Bangui view deck, one can get a magnificent view of neatly ordered farm fields, glistening estuaries, quiet communities, cool mountains, and Bangui bay.
- At Sentinela Hill, which rises from the heart of town, one can get commanding views of nearby Pagudpud, the hills of Burgos, and the Bangui coastline.
- For those who prefer swimming in fresh water, there is Bulu River at the border of Bangui and Pagudpud. The river’s clear water gushes from springs deep within the rainforests of the towering mountains of Adams.
- Bathers should not be surprised to chance upon tourists paddling kayaks on the river. Bulu River is fast becoming a major destination for kayakers in northern Luzon.
- Providing another option for fresh water bathing is Abang Falls located in the southwestern region of Barangay Lanao. Abang Falls has two tiers from which water cascades down stream. The surrounding boulders and cliffs are filled with wild ferns and air plants to delight plant enthusiasts.
