Christine King Celebration. Thousands of Catholics led by Bishop Sergio L. Utleg of the Diocese of Laoag participate in the nationwide celebration of Christ the King. This time, the Divine Mercy parish of Laoag City hosted the event on Nov. 22 with more than 10,000 people in attendance including local and provincial officials.
