Heroes Walk Inaugurated
Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee R. Marcos, with other provincial and Laoag City officials inaugurated the Heroes’ Walk along Ablan Ave. here in Laoag City. The Heroes’ Walk features among others former Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos (portrayed by a young kid below right) and Juan Luna (below left) channeled by another kid.
