Imelda set to build IN’s own ‘cultural center’ in Batac
Rep. Imelda R. Marcos (2nd district Ilocos Norte) is set to duplicate her feat of building the Cultural Center of the Philippines in the province with the proposed Batac Cultural Center.
The former First Lady, the principal architect of the country’s cultural renaissance during the term of former Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos, personally led the groundbreaking ceremony of the multi-million project at the Batac government-owned government center.
