Bacarra – After filing officials leaves from his office for more than a year, Bacarra Vice Mayor Pacifico Velasco has reported back to work on January 20, 2012. Velasco was convicted of graft and corruption charges before the Sandigan Bayan but the vice mayor was allowed to post bail after he was arrested on January 18 by police authorities in San Mateo, Rizal.
