Adams – The local chief executive here finally received his suspension order officially on Monday, April 30. Ilocos Norte Gov. Ma. Imelda “Imee” R. Marcos signed the suspension order after the administrative case filed against Adams Mayor Eric Bawingan has long been dragging a series of hearings at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for almost a year now.
