A three-storey commercial building in Laoag City’s business center was razed in a fire that lasted for more than three hours. The fire broke out at about 3 pm on April 15 and it later led to a general alarm. The building, identified as Felmar Building owned by William Ruiz, housed various business establishments as well as a boarding house and a worship service church. It housed 18 occupants.
