Embattled Pasuquin Mayor Victoria Aguinaldo has been in the “hot seat” at the Ilocos Norte Sangguniang Panlalawigan session hall on October 17 following the pretrial of an administrative case filed against her by estranged brother-in-law, Pasuquin Vice Mayor Peter Felix Aguinaldo and three other councilors of the same town. The complainants accused the Pasuquin mayor of committing gross negligence and dereliction of duty when she approved the premature construction of a project before the actual award of the project to a qualified contractor.
