Officers and members of the Board of Directors of the Philippine National Red Cross-Ilocos Norte-Laoag City Chapter receive a check amounting to P250,000 from Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos. The PGIN donation covers half of the needed amount to purchase a new blood bank refrigerator for the blood center, thus doubling its blood bag capacity.
