Former Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative director Oskar R. Peralta was recently inducted as the new president of the Rotary Club of Laoag in a ceremony held July 11, 2011 at the Fort Ilocandia Resort and Hotel’s Sierra Madre Ballroom.
