The multi-million upgrade of the Laoag City General Hospital (LCGH) is now almost a reality after its soft opening on July 8, 2011 Laoag Mayor Michael V. Fariñas officially announced the soft opening based on reports to him by the technical team of the upgraded city hospital which states it is now ready for occupancy.
