Ilocos Norte Governor Imee R. Marcos assists in unveiling one of two photo murals at the Mariano MarcosMemorial Hospital and Medical Center in Batac during the opening program of the week-long celebration of their 43rd Foundation Anniversary on February 14. In her speech, she asked the hospital employees to share their experiences and lessons learned in MMMH & MC to the rest of the hospitals in the province. She also mentioned the possibility of establishing a third district hospital either in Badoc or Pinili.
