Laoag City Mayor Michael V. Fariñas lead the formal opening of the Laoag City General Hospital in time for his 46th birthday on August 26. He explained that he needed to get the inputs from doctors running the hospital as well as city government engineers on LCGH’s status after it had its soft opening on July 8.
