The Laoag City Jail took home three regional awards during the 20th anniversary celebration of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology- Region I in Bauang, La Union. City Jail warden Jail Sr. Insp. Roque Constantino Sison III said the awards, which is now for the second time, is for the city jail’s distinguished and unprecedented transformation and Development.”
