The ongoing construction and upgrading of the Laoag City General Hospital (LCGH) has been estimated to be 65 percent completed as per record from the City Engineering Office for the physical structure alone. A total of P250 million has been allocated for the physical structure of the project with the remainingP100 million for the equipment. The city government is sourcing funding for the project from a P350 million bank loan.
