The Integrated Balatong school that would serve Laoag residents located “south of the river” is set to open this coming school year as enrollment has been opened. The said school aims to service elementary graduates in entering secondary education, especially those from Barangays Balatong, Balacad, Darayday, Mangato, Apaya, Calayab and other nearby villages.
