The city government of Batac is expected to distribute 15 Tractors, 15 corn and rice threshers and 15 water pumps to the farmers’ organizations on May during the Farmers Day celebration. This is in support of the agriculture program of the city government especially now that the effect of the El Niño is expected to felt soon.
