FATHER Ian Rabago, former parish priest of St. Michael the Archangel in Currimao, Ilocos Norte, has been warned to be careful and told not to “talk too much.” This warning was confirmed by Laoag Bishop Sergio L. Utleg in a radio interview on June 3 where he said the Diocese of Laoag does not take the warning “lightly”.
