HAPAG NG PAG-ASA. Laoag Bishop Sergio Utleg and Ilocos Norte 2nd District Rep. Imelda Marcos unveil the Hapag ng Pag-asa painting, one of the exhibits at the Laoag City Auditorium entitled “We Have Jesus” a one-man art exhibit by Joey Velasco. President of the Diocessan Commission on the Laity Bill Fariñas (left) and Chairman of the Sanctuary of Hope and Love Foundation Orly Dela Cuesta (right) also witnessed the unveiling held on July 29. The exhibit lasted from July 26 to August 6.
